Our client wants to add a Loan Operations Specialist to their tight-knit, friendly, and growing team. This is an opportunity to join a great team and pursue opportunities for growth and advancement. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday rotation once a month; 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

What You Will Do:

  • Provide loan support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans
  • Work with the loan officer to process and close loans
  • Prepare preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing documents within regulatory guidelines
  • Work with attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, insurance companies, closing companies, and customers to answer questions and gather financials through the loan process
  • Order and process paid notes
  • Review credit reports
  • Coordinate ATA/ACH payments
  • Work on collateral-building projects
  • Answer customer questions in person or on the phone, and may cross-sell products and services 

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 1+ years of commercial and agricultural processing experience
  • Familiarity with commercial and agricultural documentation, procedures, and processing
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Team player mindset
  • Must reside in a 20-mile radius of Clive, IA
  • Jack Henry and Byte loan systems experience is desired
