Job description

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Start Date: Immediately


The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role at a growing coffee production facility in Renton, WA, supporting daily production by managing materials and products efficiently. This position offers a hands-on, active work environment where operating equipment, maintaining organization, and teamwork are essential. It provides a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company known for long-term career growth and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Batch coffee and transport materials between warehouse and production areas
  • Supply production operators with raw materials and finished product as needed
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Drive company shuttle truck between nearby buildings (valid driver’s license required)
  • Post and track manufacturing orders using the company ERP system
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, storage, and material movement
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Follow food safety, quality assurance, GMP, and company safety standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and production-ready work areas

Required Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience
  • Forklift operating experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers and learning ERP software
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or food production experience
