Seattle, WA – remote (must live in Washington State)
6-month contract (possible extension or conversion)

Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This global brand is seeking a Loyalty Project Manager to support its Loyalty Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of high-impact national loyalty campaigns and promotional programs, including digital engagement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to deliver complex marketing projects from kickoff through launch in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The Loyalty Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for seasonal digital loyalty campaigns, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong project management experience building digital experiences, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations.

Loyalty Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility loyalty marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
  • Build digital experiences that require technical integration and coordinating across multiple agencies and internal teams to deliver large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary project management contact for cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency/vendor partners to coordinate project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies while proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and decision logs.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Develop strong relationships across marketing, business, and agency teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate technical development, data management, and vendor integrations to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and team collaboration.

Loyalty Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of technical/digital project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives for digital engagement experiences.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet experience required. Adobe Workfront experience is a plus
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting digital engagement campaigns, games, sweepstakes, or loyalty marketing programs.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans and managing external vendors and technical implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively drive timelines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
