You'll work closely with project managers, architects, and external design firms to ensure plans align with established brand and design standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and mark up architectural drawings using Bluebeam Revu

  • Support nationwide renovation and modernization projects for existing commercial facilities
  • Analyze customer and employee traffic flow to improve functionality and space utilization
  • Assist with facility layout planning, equipment placement, and interior space optimization
  • Review drawings, signage packages, and branding elements for compliance with established design standards
  • Coordinate revisions with outside architecture and engineering firms
  • Track drawing updates and changes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project managers by reviewing technical documents and assisting with design coordination
  • Work extensively with PDF-based construction documents and plan sets
  • Contribute to architectural detailing, facility planning, and space planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience using Bluebeam Revu through internships, coursework, or professional experience
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
What Makes Someone Successful Here?
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and seeks opportunities to contribute
  • Positive attitude and strong team mentality
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner who enjoys taking on new challenges
  • Strong communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions or collaborate with teammates
Perks & Benefits
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Flexible in-office days (typically Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Half-day Fridays
  • Structured onboarding and training program
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • Paid holidays
  • Complimentary coffee, water, and soft drinks
  • Access to on-site fitness center
  • Team events and networking opportunities
