What You'll Do
As a Administrative Assistant 2, you will directly contribute to LifeLink's life-saving mission. Performs administrative and secretarial duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of professional group or organizational department to relieve supervisor of clerical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Composes and prepares detailed correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Answers, screens, and facilitate incoming telephone calls, and responds independently when appropriate.
  • Manages and/or maintains director's schedule, calendar, and independently sets appointments or meetings as directed.
  • Records, transcribes, and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Supports department with arrangements for in-person and/or virtual meetings.
  • Sorts, opens, and prioritizes mail and responds to routine requests.
  • Compiles and facilitates the approval of documents such as check requests, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Assists with travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Performs general office duties.

  • Demonstrated physical ability to lift, carry and/or move equipment and supplies of varying weight from 1 to 30 pounds.
