Job Description:
We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant / Receptionist on site 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) from August 17, 2026 - October 31, 2026 at a rate of $20-$25/hour. This person will be responsible for handling the day-to-day office needs for our Boca Raton, Florida office. These duties include a variety of responsibilities such as interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors. This person will work under the direction of the Partner-In-Charge to support the needs of the client service professionals.

How You'll Spend Your Time:
  • Answering and screening phone calls appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Handling incoming mail for the office as well as arranging for pick-up of: UPS, FedEx, and other couriers as requested/needed; maintaining postage machine -- system updates, etc.
  • Maintaining communal spaces, conference area, kitchen, etc.
  • Assisting with meal ordering for busy season
  • Replenishing office/kitchen supplies when needed
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to the items listed above
  • Working in Office Word and Excel

  • 1 year of administrative experience, preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional services work environment, preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
