Temporary Accounting Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Parallel Plant, Englewood, CO 80110 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $31.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (35–40 hours per week; some flexibility)
We are seeking a full-time, temporary Accounting Assistant to join our team in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping or accounts payable experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and assist with payment management
  • Reconcile vendor statements and track expenses
  • Support inventory and sales order revenue reconciliation
  • Post journal entries and perform general bookkeeping duties

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable (AP) experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance a plus
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
