Our team is looking for a Temporary Accounting Associate - (AP) to join them. You will report to the Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

To be considered for the Accounting Associate- (AP) opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

As an Accounting Associate - (AP), you will:

  • Support AP Lead with Emails
  • Assist with Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
