Temporary Customer Service Representative (Immediate Start)
Ramsey, MN
$19/hour | Full-Time | Contract (Through July, Potential Extension)
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers over the phone? We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to step in and make an immediate impact supporting a busy team.
This is a great short-term opportunity with consistent hours, a collaborative environment, and the chance to build strong customer service experience.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the center of daily operations, helping customers and internal teams stay on track:

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule service appointments, deliveries, and route updates
  • Process payments, review invoices, and assist with account follow-up
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records across systems
  • Partner with service, sales, and operations teams to meet customer needs
  • Resolve issues quickly with strong problem-solving skills
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Must be comfortable on the phone from day one (this is key!)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Schedule
Summer Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
