Title: Sr. Clinical Informatics Analyst - Remote
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months with possibilities of extension and converstion to full time
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Travel Required: 5 - 15%

Description
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop data analysis plans for the clinical trial.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate results to the research team.
  • Work with other team members to interpret data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data governance to support consistency and shared understanding across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry developments in continuous glucose monitoring devices.
  • Collaborate with the research team to identify opportunities for digital transformation in the clinical trial.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline data collection, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment, engagement, and retention using digital technologies.
  • Analyze and interpret data generated from digital solutions to inform decision-making and improve trial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in clinical research and knowledge of clinical trial design and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with continuous glucose monitoring devices and diabetes management is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills, including ability to develop, test, and maintain analytics automation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard/report development and data visualization.- Required 
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and data pipeline scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including querying, data modeling, and database optimization.
  • Experience developing or integrating APIs using FastAPI.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with backend data engineering.
Required Skills (Top 3 non-negotiables):
  • Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills, including ability to develop, test, and maintain analytics automation
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and data pipeline scheduling
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including querying, data modeling, and database optimization.
  • Experience developing or integrating APIs using FastAPI.
