The Dispatcher coordinates inbound and outbound service calls, acting as the central communication hub between customers and technicians. This role ensures that service requests are scheduled efficiently, routes are optimized, and customers receive timely, professional support. The Dispatcher maintains accurate service records, monitors job progress, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls using efficient routing and prioritization to maximize technician productivity.
  • Create, update, and manage service orders, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and processed on time.
  • Adjust schedules in real time to respond to changing service demands and minimize delays.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and service issues quickly and effectively.

Pay and Benefits
