Join CRST as a Dispatcher and play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers and warehouse teams. How You'll Work:
  • Location: Onsite in 900 Windham Parkway, Bolingbrook, IL 60490 Suite A
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $22.55 - $24.00 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive: package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.
  • Additional Compensation: Total compensation may also include other forms of pay such as overtime or discretionary incentives, as applicable.

About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a fleet of trucks. Their main task is to ensure the fleet is well-maintained, meets legal requirements, and is operated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. They are responsible for managing and developing relationships with drivers to increase overall driver satisfaction and improve driver retention. They also work closely with drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure they arrive at their destination on time. Communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Track and trace all drivers daily with updates to BOS/ Dispatch Track.
  • Resolve service issues/recoveries and communicate to bookers/customers.
  • Ensure all Customer Service Agreement (CSA) expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with planners on any service issues and new load assignments.
  • Update any trailer/equipment changes.
  • Provide all DOT documentation received in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and report weekly all roadsides and accidents.
  • Obtain required weight tickets as needed by customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work proactively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, or related operations
