Description:
Dispatch Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs.
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address service-related inquiries.
- Monitor technicians' progress throughout the day, adjusting schedules as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
- Ensure that all dispatching activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Handle emergency calls and dispatch technicians promptly to urgent service needs.
- Utilize dispatching software and other tools to manage schedules and track technician availability.
Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with dispatching software and other computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Dispatch Coordinator Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
