What you’ll be doing: 
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
  • Check in drivers and coordinate arrivals and departures efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilize excel and Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily 
  • Accurately input, track, and verify data
  • Work independently while taking directions and following specific instructions 
 
Who we’re looking for: 
  • Previous clerical experience in a warehouse or office setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working with computers; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers, staff, and customers
