Answer inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Schedule and dispatch service calls using efficient routing and prioritization
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians
Create and manage service orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Adjust schedules in real-time to meet service demands and minimize delays
Resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns quickly and effectively
Track job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
