Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate service requests and ensure prompt communication between residents and maintenance teams. This full-time position is vital to daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and logistical support within our military housing community.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and prioritize service requests from residents and staff via phone, email, or work order system
  • Dispatch maintenance and facilities personnel efficiently based on urgency, location, and availability
  • Track and update work order statuses, ensuring timely completion and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all service calls, activities, and resolutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
