Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper for a short-term project focused on QuickBooks cleanup. This role will support the review, reconciliation, and organization of financial records to help ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clean up QuickBooks records
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and miscoded transactions
  • Organize chart of accounts and historical entries
  • Assist with account adjustments and journal entries as needed
  • Help ensure financial data is accurate and audit-ready
  • Collaborate with internal staff to clarify prior bookkeeping entries


Qualifications:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
  • Experience with account reconciliations and financial record cleanup
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
