Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager (Account Manager) is responsible for managing assigned Tier 1 Telecom Carrier accounts. This role is accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets, driving strategic account development, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to achieve regional business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to support regional sales strategy development.
  • Create and execute Key Account Strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
  • Lead new product RFQs, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
  • Provide leadership and coordination for design reviews, system engineering and integration analysis, and process reviews.
  • Manage all sales activities for assigned key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Achieve sales budgets and drive sustainable sales growth while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify key customer stakeholders and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with product management and business units to promote and expand solution-based sales.
  • Coordinate closely with factories and headquarters to grow revenue while protecting profit margins.
  • Lead the development of business plans and consolidate them into a regional plan aligned with stakeholder objectives.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones in alignment with product lifecycle requirements.
  • Develop NPI production operations strategies, including planning and scheduling with internal and external partners, and resolving technical or operational challenges.
  • Drive execution to secure and close design wins.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance metrics; take corrective action as needed.
  • Drive pipeline growth and improve forecast accuracy across all product lines and accounts.
  • Participate in customer meetings through deal closure.
  • Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly through appropriate escalation processes.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that promotes teamwork and information sharing.

  • Strong technical background in wireless, wireline, and data networks, with specific knowledge of DC power systems, cabinets, batteries, and cooling solutions.
  • Willingness to work extended or late hours to support coordination with global teams and manufacturing facilities in Asia.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
