Job Description High-Volume Recruiter - Data Center & Network Infrastructure Recruiting Location: Plano, TX (Fully Onsite) Type: Potential Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: Hourly | Based on Experience & Skill Level Status: Non-Exempt (Not OT Eligible) Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Volume Recruiter to support aggressive hiring initiatives within data center and network infrastructure environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced recruiting environments, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent at scale. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and experience recruiting for technical field/service roles within data center, fiber, structured cabling, or network construction environments.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations. Support aggressive staffing goals including: Hiring approximately 25 technicians per month Hiring up to 9 site support professionals per month Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce demands. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through: Job boards Social media platforms Referral networks Recruiting campaigns Job fairs and community outreach Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet business-critical hiring timelines.

Lead candidate negotiations including compensation discussions and offer management. Maintain and optimize recruiting workflows within applicant tracking systems (ATS). Track and report recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.

Coordinate and participate in hiring events, open houses, and recruiting initiatives as needed. Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent recruiting experience).

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting environments. Proven success managing hiring volumes of 30-60 hires per month. Experience recruiting within: Data center environments Network infrastructure construction Structured cabling Fiber / ISP / OSP environments Mission-critical infrastructure projects Strong understanding of industry terminology such as: Division 27 ITC ISP/OSP Fiber Structured Cabling Data Center Infrastructure Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and applicant tracking systems.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
