Overall Requirements:

Renaissance Repair and Supply is passively seeking a motivated, self-starting Customer Program Manager to effectively manage the existing customer base and develop new business. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Quality, you will act as the "Voice of the Customer", effectively translating and communicating customer requirements to internal teams (Planning, Operations, Engineering and Procurement) to maintain KPI's such as OTD, TAT, RMA and Scrap and ensure the best service possible to our customers.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all parts of the business, our value proposition and products and services we provide.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customer's goals and needs in order to recommend new product and service offerings and expand existing customer accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, purchasing, planning to meet customer's requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Share client requirements and expectations to internal teams
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers by communicating regularly with clients to answer questions or resolve issues.
  • Create strategies and implement tactical plans to increase account penetration
  • Strong negotiating skills that overcome customer obstacles and objections
  • Set out the account capture strategy, implementing the necessary tactical activities (RFP/Q and QBR's) to meet company sales and revenue targets
  • Work closely with Renaissance Business Development function to understand industry trends and their impacts
  • Provide Management with regular updates and define on-going strategies to work within the customer base


Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of account/customer program management experience with products and services in telecommunications, electronics manufacturing environment or defense


Additional Qualifications:

  • Track record of responding to client needs with compelling proposals which deliver business value in a market-competitive manner
  • The confidence and experience needed to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels externally and internally
  • Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Energy and commitment to solve last minute issues or customer demands.
  • Experience putting together quotes and pricing
  • Experience providing forecasting, revenue and margin projections
  • Proficiency with Excel, analytics and ability to tell a story using data and influence business decisions
  • Experience using ERP & CRMS systems
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Autonomous self-starter
