Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Global Contingent Workforce program. You'll own strategy, operations, and MSP performance across North America, LATAM, and expanding EMEA markets-driving a more standardized, compliant, and scalable way to engage external talent.

You'll lead a team of 4 regional managers, partner with senior leaders across the business, and work closely with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence globally are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own global strategy: Move Autodesk toward a consistent, scalable model for engaging contingent talent

  • Lead MSP ecosystem: Manage MSP partners across regions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, India, EMEA), including rollout and performance

  • Run operations: Standardize intake, onboarding, and lifecycle processes; improve speed, compliance, and experience

  • Drive adoption of Fieldglass: Ensure consistent use and optimization of SAP Fieldglass where MSPs exist

  • Partner cross-functionally: Align with HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, and senior business leaders on policy, compliance, and workforce needs

  • Use data to lead: Build visibility into spend, performance, and risks; drive decisions with clear metrics

  • Manage spend strategy: In partnership with Strategic Sourcing, define and drive contingent workforce spend strategy, including rate optimization and cost savings targets

  • Reduce off-program spend: Increase program adoption and governance to minimize non-compliant or off-program engagements

  • Drive supplier strategy: Lead supplier segmentation, performance management, and benchmarking to improve quality, speed, and cost competitiveness

  • Modernize with AI: Apply automation and AI to improve sourcing, workflows, and program insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years in contingent workforce, procurement, or HR operations; 3-5+ years leading teams

  • Experience managing global MSP programs and vendor ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of worker classification, compliance, and regional labor considerations

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with executive presence

  • Track record of driving standardization in complex, global environments

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications minimales
