Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Project/Program Manager Project/Program Manager (Meridian, ID - Onsite) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests Help standardize processes and improve cross-functional collaboration SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years) Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct reporting authority Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools No software development experience required About us: OTSI is a global technology partner providing enterprise IT consulting, digital solutions, and managed services.
