As a Guidewire Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of Guidewire software solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Following are the day-to-day work activities:
  • Lead and manage Guidewire implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and other project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Stay on the leading edge of industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:
  • Deep understanding of Guidewire products PolicyCenter, Integration and their implementation processes.
  • Deep understanding of Forms implementation and integration with Guidewire.
  • Strong skills in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.
