Job description

Req ID: JR102728 US Expansion AI Program Manager

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.

The US Expansion Construction team leads the design and delivery of large‑scale, high‑tech semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the United States. Current projects include two high‑volume manufacturing fabs in Boise, Idaho (ID1 and ID2), and a greenfield site in Clay, New York. The team plays a central role in building critical infrastructure that supports future innovation and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of AI‑supported initiatives supporting construction from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use cases.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Establish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reporting.
  • Drive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional programs with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platforms.
  • Experience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligence.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
