MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests
  • Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs
  • Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking
  • Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams
  • Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests
  • Help standardize processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years)
  • Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct reporting authority
  • Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities
  • Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
