Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and service assurance, to enhance our service offerings and optimize promotional strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the telecom sector, particularly focusing on service assurance and customer service quality.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to interpret sales data, customer insights, and service performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and evaluate promotional campaigns related to service assurance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
Sales Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales metrics and service assurance indicators to assess performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
