Responsibilities:
- Working in a cross functional environment with Delivery team, Pre-Sales and Solutions team.
- Responsible for Operational Governance with customer and internal reviews
- Look for opportunities within the existing areas
- Responsible for working with partners SLA and other matrix reporting internally & end customer
