Job description

Operational Leadership

  • Lead all daytoday operations across the North Texas region, including field services, network operations, construction, installation, maintenance, and service assurance.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, improve service reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Regional Strategy & Performance

  • Own regional P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align regional operations with national strategic priorities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of directors, managers, and field personnel across multiple markets.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and customerfirst decisionmaking.
  • Ensure workforce planning supports growth, service levels, and regional expansion.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

  • Oversee service delivery performance, ensuring installation, repair, and maintenance meet or exceed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with customer support, engineering, and product teams to resolve escalations and improve customer outcomes.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner with HSE, Human Resources, Fleet, Sales, and Finance leaders to support operational excellence and predictable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations (fiber, wireless, broadband, cable, or related infrastructure).
  • Proven success leading multimarket operations with large field teams.
  • Strong understanding of network operations, construction, service delivery, and telecom regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across DFW, Houston, and east Texas.

Preferred

  • Experience scaling operations in highgrowth telecom environments.
  • Background in fibertothehome (FTTH), wireless infrastructure, and largescale network deployment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
