What we're looking for:

We are seeking individuals who will build and manage customer relationships, handling leads, inbound requests, and existing accounts. You will also support TP-Link Solution X partners. The role focuses on understanding needs, recommending solutions, and keeping deals moving through consistent follow-up and communication.

What your future looks like:

  • Sales Activities:  Engage in direct sales with active/potential resellers, partners and end customers clients.  Responsibilities will include making cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities within the channel. Deliver online or face to face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to drive sales and growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies with partners to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Develop and initiate the sales cycle from market research, lead generation and client onboarding. Maintain knowledge of TP-Link's key competitors and industry trends.
  • Pipeline Creation: Primary Driver of end-user leads with channel partners.
  • Partner Performance Management: Coach, motivate, and develop our channel partners through setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, which includes lead follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data using CRM tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Individual Performance: Meets or exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing all resources available. Develop and leverage a strong understanding of solutions from TP-Link.  Leverage TP-Link's value proposition to influence buying decisions within strategic accounts and markets.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build relationships remotely.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, staying organized, and managing follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated and able to quickly learn product knowledge.
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, and customer service preferred.
  • Background and/or understanding in the Technology Channel and related technologies, i.e. Networking, Security, Telecom, Managed IT service, etc. strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships.
