Job description

Are you an early-career software developer looking to build your skills while working on impactful business applications that support critical operations? We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a collaborative technology team supporting enterprise-level applications, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building software solutions, and working closely with business users to deliver meaningful technology improvements.

What You'll Do
  • Support and maintain enterprise business applications across multiple departments.
  • Participate in application upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Design, develop, and support applications, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Assist with application migrations, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Work with infrastructure, networking, hosting, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party software vendors.
  • Support production systems and participate in occasional after-hours issue resolution when necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
  • Experience programming in C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.

Pay and Benefits
