The Technology Solutions Manager connects field operations with technology to improve business performance. This role leads the design, delivery, adoption, and support of technology solutions, analytics, and process improvements that help teams work more efficiently, make better decisions, and drive operational results. The position also oversees key business systems and develops user capability through training, support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Strategy & Delivery

  • Partner with operational and functional leaders to identify opportunities for technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
  • Lead solutions from discovery and requirements through deployment, adoption, support, and continuous enhancement.
  • Develop and manage tools using Sigma, Quickbase, Tableau, and other approved platforms.
  • Establish ownership, governance, documentation, and support processes.
  • Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Data & Analytics

  • Lead development of dashboards and analytical tools that improve performance, profitability, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Define KPIs, strengthen data quality and stewardship, and expand self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Help operational teams translate insights into action.

Business Systems Stewardship

  • Serve as the business owner or lead steward for systems such as JWS, PRISM, PEAK, Command, and related applications.
  • Coordinate enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, support, and vendor escalations.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining system reliability and data integrity.

Training, Adoption & Support

  • Prepare users for new technologies and process changes through practical, role-based training.
  • Develop onboarding programs, office hours, job aids, and knowledge resources.
  • Use feedback and adoption metrics to improve solutions and user experience.

Team & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead and develop Solution Analysts while setting delivery standards and priorities.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, resources, risks, and portfolio reporting.
  • Collaborate across operations, finance, commercial, quality, IT, and shared services teams.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business solutions, operational technology, analytics, application management, process improvement, or a related discipline.
  • Experience translating business needs into technology solutions and leading cross-functional delivery.
  • Working knowledge of analytics, systems integration, testing, change management, and operational support.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience with Sigma, Snowflake, Quickbase, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce/CPQ, JWS, PRISM, PEAK, Command, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, ERP implementations, acquisition integrations, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Project management, Lean, change management, product management, or related certifications.
