Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Supply Chain Rotational team member. HYMH designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 90 years.
HYMH is looking for an ambitious individual to join the Supply Chain Rotational Program. The Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) is a 3-4-year program consisting of three, 12-18-month rotations spanning across various HYMH locations. Associates will join a different supply chain functional area for each rotation. As a part of that team, the rotational will assume the same full-time responsibilities as the core members and get the opportunity lead at least one project at each rotation, plus other job shadowing projects. While in the program, associates will also achieve a professional certification in a relevant field. By the end of the SCRP, associates have gained skills and understanding of the supply chain from end to end. Following the completion of the Program and its requirements, associates will be placed into a permanent role. This placement is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to associate preference, associate skill level, and HYMH business needs.
As part of the program the Supply Chain Rotational team member will rotate through a variety of positions over a structured period. These positions and locations include but are not limited to:

  • New Product Development (NPD) Analyst

The Successful Supply Chain Rotational team member will meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain required
  • Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement required
  • Intermediate to advanced competence with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Business, Management and Project Management Skills required
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma preferred
  • SAP Knowledge (Supply Chain) preferred
  • Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI) preferred
