Job description

The Manager, Program and Service Delivery is responsible for leading project management functions across Technology and Digital Services (TDS), with primary accountability for managing the department's programs, strategic roadmaps, and operational delivery priorities. This role drives coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensures alignment of project portfolios with organizational goals, and provides structure, visibility, and governance across key workstreams. The manager is also responsible for management of the ServiceNow application and related workflows that support operational processes, service management, intake, tracking, and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational, clinical, and technical leaders, this role helps prioritize demand, monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and strengthen the tools and processes that enable reliable, efficient service delivery. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in project and program management, service operations, workflow optimization, ServiceNow administration, and stakeholder engagement.
Annual Salary Range: $113,734.40 - $167,752.00

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred or commensurate work experience.

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT or digital services is required.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms or healthcare IT environments preferred.
