Evaluate new tools with curiosity, sound judgment, and appropriate attention to customer data and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation, Support, Product, Development, and other team members to resolve customer challenges and achieve department goals.
  • Mentor and support Level I Training/Implementation Specialists by sharing ERP, manufacturing, implementation, technology, and customer-management best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective software training to users with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Strong time-management, organization, independent problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Windows environments, modern web browsers, cloud/web-based business applications, and database-driven software.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue documentation.
  • Comfort learning new technologies quickly, including familiarity with or a strong willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and automation where they can improve internal processes and team productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP workflows involving inventory, purchasing, production, scheduling, bills of material, or related manufacturing operations.
