Role Description The Project Manager, Customer Success is a full-time, on-site role based in Montgomery, IL. The Project Manager, Customer Success is responsible for supporting client implementation, onboarding, and the successful execution of assigned client programs at Diagnostic Support Services (DS2). This role serves as the operational owner from go-live forward, coordinating across internal teams, including Estimating, Warehouse, Logistics, Phlebotomy, and Customer Success, to ensure clients are onboarded effectively and services are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client implementation and onboarding activities in partnership with Sales, Estimating, and internal operations teams
  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned client programs after contract execution
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients
  • Translate client requirements into clear, executable workflows
  • Partner with estimators to validate scope and flag operational risks
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and phlebotomy teams
  • Monitor delivery risks and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide regular internal and client status updates


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in project coordination and oversight, including Project Management and Expediting capabilities.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or client operations
  • Background in diagnostics, healthcare, logistics, or field services preferred
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, diagnostics, or related regulated environments is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software (e.g., Excel, project tracking systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
