The Opportunity
As a Martech Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, promoting the firm's services, and capturing new business opportunities through innovative digital marketing and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for selecting, implementing, and administering software that supports marketing, sales, consulting, or communications functions, optimizing technology use to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be accountable for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, confirming collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. - Guiding teams in the selection, deployment, and administration of software supporting marketing, sales, and communications functions

- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes aligned with client expectations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote the firm's services and enhance brand visibility
- Developing strategies for profitable growth and competitive advantage through creative campaigns and digital marketing efforts
- Confirming data validation and quality assessment within analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree

- Applying hands-on experience with Adobe MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, CDPs, marketing automation technologies, Adobe Data Collection, data layers, analytics instrumentation, and Web SDK exposure
- Demonstrating frontend and enterprise CMS/DXP implementation experience, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, DOM manipulation, event handling, client-side debugging, AEM component-level implementation, templates, content structures, and authoring impacts
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business analysis
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Utilizing marketing automation software for strategic planning

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
