Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Technology Implementation Engineer II position requires some knowledge of enterprise and project specific solutions and other emerging or interconnected programs. Exposure to previous construction or similar roles is necessary. This job requires strong communication and customer service skills. Team member will test and implement solution software. They will support project teams and deliver training plans for all stakeholders which may include partners and customers. This role will be exposed to Business Transformation processes and related department protocols.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Assists with the delivery of training internally & externally for enterprise and project solutions. Helps to develop subject matter experts throughout the business. This includes delivering presentations for a variety of audiences.
• Assists with technical support including tracking and resolving project issues. Responsible for maintaining proper framework to enable customers to submit problems and suggest enhancements. Assists with solution start-up processes.
• Becomes knowledgeable in cross team responsibilities within Business Transformation, L&D, VDC, and other interconnected departments to grow value to assist in other areas as needed.
• Assists manager to resolve issues and improve software functionality. Develops an understanding of the software roadmap and has opportunities to establish relationships with the vendor.
• Enterprise and project solutions software include, but are not limited to Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, Navisworks, Autocad, etc), Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Clearstory, Docusign, Microsoft Suite, Nitro, SAP, Serrala, Textura.
