Job Description

The Implementation Consultant provides the subject matter expertise and systems know how to configure and implement SM Cloud at client sites. 

During the Detailed Design and Implementation phases of a project it is his/her responsibility to assess the client environment, determine how to configure the system, collect the necessary data, complete the implementation and conduct user testing in co-operation with the technology team.  

Throughout an implementation, the Implementation Consultant serves as the interface between the client and the technology and service delivery teams.

Provides interface data to the technology team to facilitate the development of client's specific interfaces.  Assist in the testing of these interfaces.

Adapts standard Client processes for the client environment, and then trains and supports the service delivery teams, both onshore and offshore to deliver ongoing data management services to clients. 

The Implementation Consultant will also provide support during sales activities by providing software demonstrations and implementation expertise.
