Job description

Join WM as a Implementation Manager driving enterpriselevel transformation. In this highimpact role, you'll partner directly with digital developers to define technical requirements, shape product direction, and ensure new tools are operationally ready for launch. You'll blend WM business acumen, crossfunctional collaboration, and changemanagement strategy to roll out technology that improves efficiency, strengthens processes, and delivers measurable results.

You'll lead initiatives from concept through execution - building business cases, optimizing processes, managing project lifecycles, and evaluating performance of new digital solutions. I. Job Summary
Leads complex technology and cross-functional initiatives that accelerate enterprise change, improve operational and economic efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact. Oversees projects across the full lifecycle, including business case analysis, process management, software development, solution implementation, business analytics, executive communication, and successful delivery in a matrixed environment. Ensures that all technology functions within existing processes or optimizes processes to fit technology.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Manages small and medium projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
  • Develops new ideas and processes and, working with a director, manages processes/timelines to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement
  • Implements and maintains effective operations improvement processes, consistent with the accomplishment of long-range objectives which will enhance effectiveness, while working closely with directors and other Area personnel
  • Utilizes financial analysis and other tools to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
  • Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback


III. Qualifications 
A. Required Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration or similar area of study
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement)


B. Preferred Qualifications 
 

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

PAY: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $114,030 - $173,759. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
