About the job We are looking for a versatile Technical Writer / Technology Content Writer who can produce high-quality documentation and compelling editorial content for external audiences. This role blends traditional technical writing with journalistic storytelling, ideal for someone who can translate complex technology topics into engaging narratives suitable for top-tier media outlets such as TechCrunch, Wired, VentureBeat, and other industry publications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain user guides, product documentation, API references, release notes, research papers, and internal technical materials.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy. Work with internal teams to create diagrams, visual aids, and structured documentation aligned with internal standards. Write high-quality thought‐leadership articles, blog posts, opinion pieces, and feature stories suitable for outlets such as TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Wired, Forbes Tech, etc.

Translate complex engineering, AI, software, or hardware concepts into compelling stories for broader audiences. Work with external communications teams to develop media‐ready content. Conduct interviews with engineers and product teams to craft narrative‐driven articles.

Support content strategy for product launches, announcements, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience writing both technical documentation and editorial tech content.

Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics for non‐technical readers. Exceptional writing, editing, and story‐development skills. Portfolio demonstrating published articles.
