Job description

Noe & Associates is a brand, design and content consultancy with offices in London, New York, and Dubai. We focus on excellence and authentic, intelligent storytelling, specialising in destinations, architecture, hospitality and the premium brands that inhabit these places.

This is a creative production role - not a software or ML engineering role. We're looking for someone fluent in the generative image and video stack who can take a creative brief and turn it into beautiful, on-brand AI-generated work for our luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, and design clients.

You'll work alongside designers, art directors, architects, and producers to push what's possible with generative tools, and help shape a practice where AI is core to how we make work. Reports to the Creative AI Lead, embedded in the innovation team and working cross-functionally with design, architecture, and production.
  • Generate AI imagery, motion, and composites for live client work - from concept through final delivery
  • Translate creative briefs and art direction into prompt and pipeline strategies that hit a specific visual target (style, lighting, materiality, mood)
  • Retouch, composite, and finish AI output to a luxury delivery standard
  • Partner with designers and architects on visualisation, concept imagery, and campaign assets
  • Test new models, LoRAs, and techniques as they come out, and bring the best into production
Core requirements
  • A portfolio of AI-generated content you've personally made - image, video, or both - that shows real craft and creative judgment
  • Hands-on fluency with current generative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Flux, Veo, Krea, Magnific, Topaz)
  • Strong prompt and pipeline intuition - you know how to dial in a look, control consistency across a series, and push past default output
  • Photoshop retouching and compositing skills strong enough to finish work to a luxury standard
  • A real eye for design, photography, and architecture
  • Ability to work independently and adapt as tools change
Nice to have
  • Experience building or customising ComfyUI pipelines
  • Background in architecture, interior design, or photography
  • 3D, Unreal, or Blender experience paired with AI workflows
  • Luxury brand, hospitality, or real estate visual experience
  • Work on some of the world's most prestigious luxury real estate, hospitality, and architecture projects
  • Fully remote - work from NYC, London, Dubai, or anywhere
  • Be part of a pioneering AI practice at the forefront of creative technology
  • Collaborative team of designers, architects, and producers who take craft seriously
