  • Deliver technical, solution-oriented, and client-driven content that demonstrates real-world use cases and outcomes.

  • Own assigned content initiatives from planning through delivery, maintaining the content calendar, coordinating inputs and approvals, managing dependencies, and resolving blockers.

  • Ensure featured and high-priority content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date across the web.

  • Work closely with an in-house copywriter to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for content creation (e.g., video production, sponsored content, third-party research/report vendors).

  • Edit, review, and QA content created by others (including internal partners and external vendors) to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.

SEO, GEO & AI-Driven Optimization
  • Build and optimize content for modern search behavior, including AI-assisted search, intent-based discovery, and zero-click environments.

  • Identify opportunities to test and optimize content formats and structures based on performance data and evolving search trends.

Social Media Management
  • Help drive organic social strategy and execution (primarily LinkedIn), aligned with brand and messaging goals.

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day social publishing, performance tracking, and experimentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with segment and regional marketers to help shape content strategy that supports local and audience-specific goals.

  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure consistent publishing cadence and operational efficiency.

  • Enable sales and internal teams to access and leverage content through tools like Highspot and email templates.

Measurement & Optimization
  • Track content marketing performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Stay current on inbound, digital marketing, SEO / GEO, and lead-generation best practices.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience as a marketer in fintech, investment management, or another complex, regulated B2B industry.

  • Comfort working with technical, nuanced product and industry concepts and translating them into compelling content.

  • Hands-on content execution skills.

  • Highly organized with strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Self-starter who can execute with minimal assistance.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience fostering positive, collaborative relationships across marketing, sales, and other teams.
