Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth across IT staffing, software development, digital transformation, cloud, and managed IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the market, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities for IT staffing and technology solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client business needs and propose customized IT staffing and technology solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications
