You'll identify and approach prospects, hold strategic sales conversations, qualify opportunities, and book demos directly onto client calendars. Depending on the client and event, the role may also include pre-conference outreach, account research, and post-event follow-up.

* Able to learn new products and industries quickly and speak about them intelligently

* Strong sales instincts with the ability to ask good questions, qualify prospects, and guide conversations toward a next step

* Comfortable approaching founders, executives, and other decision-makers in person

* Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

* Comfortable traveling frequently and working independently in new cities and environments

* General familiarity with startups, AI, and technology

* B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience is a plus, but not required

* Experience with conferences, networking, or event-based sales is a plus
