Role: Line Cook (Peridot)
Casual fine dining kitchen in need of determined, coachable and skilled individuals
Responsibilities:
● Prioritizes food quality ; attention to detail is paramount to success in this role

● Understands food portioning for restaurant menu and specifications
● Stressful environment; need to be able to coordinate tickets
● Treat the work space and food with respect
● Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
● prep and cook food to the standard set in the kitchen
● Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer
experience
● complete assigned cleaning tasks.
● maintain an orderly station before and after service.
● Complete the prep list set for your station everyday
