You'll love it here!We are hiring immediately for a senior retail associate, which we call a senior solutions advisor at Best Buy. As a senior retail associate, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.

Join us and grow your career with our retail team as a senior retail associate.

What you'll do:

  • Help customers find the perfect product or service

  • Process customers' purchases at the checkout

  • Process returns, trade-ins and more at the customer service counter

  • Ensure store is clean and bright and all products have appropriate tags

  • Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech

  • Assist with training and mentoring team members

What we're looking for:

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in retail

  • Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
