Job description

Job Title: Sales Technology Administrator

Reports to: Head of Sales Operations & Enablement

Location: Remote or Louisville, KY preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Technology Administrator owns the sales technology ecosystem end-to-end - from CRM administration and workflow automation to platform integrations, data quality, and user adoption. This is a new headcount role built to give the sales organization the technical infrastructure it needs to operate at scale.

This is not a traditional CRM ticket-taker. The ideal candidate operates as a strategic systems owner who identifies operational bottlenecks, builds scalable automations, and ensures every platform in the stack is working together to support seller productivity. Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Salesforce Administration

  • Administer and continuously optimize Salesforce - user management, workflows, dashboards, page layouts, validation rules, opportunity management, and automation
  • Maintain sales process governance and CRM data integrity across the full pipeline
  • Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting workflows, and operational reporting infrastructure
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards that support sales leadership and management accountability

Sales Technology Stack Ownership

  • Own and optimize the full sales technology ecosystem: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outlook integrations, and reporting/BI tools
  • Manage integrations and data flow between platforms to ensure clean, connected workflows
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate vendor support when necessary
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and process improvements that drive seller efficiency

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement

  • Build scalable automations that reduce manual work and improve the advisor and seller experience
  • Identify and systematically resolve operational bottlenecks across platforms
  • Support launch execution for new workflows, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives

Reporting, Training & Adoption

  • Build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting tied to pipeline, activity, onboarding, and productivity metrics
  • Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops on reporting consistency and leadership visibility
  • Drive platform adoption and best practices across the sales organization
  • Create documentation, process guides, and deliver onboarding and ongoing system training for field users

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 3โ€“7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems Administration
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce administration experience - must be able to build, not just manage
  • Direct experience administering Salesloft and Gong
  • Demonstrated experience with workflow automation and operational reporting
  • Ability to problem-solve and execute independently without heavy oversight
  • Comfort operating in evolving, entrepreneurial environments with limited structure

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Financial services, fintech, insurance, or wealth management experience
  • Experience supporting advisor-facing or B2B distribution sales organizations
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, BI/reporting tools, and RevOps ecosystems

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary and performance bonus. Compensation commensurate with experience.
