We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project managers, project teams, and firm leadership through effective planning, tracking, and communication of project performance. This role works closely with project teams to ensure clear planning, visible progress, early risk identification, and consistent execution across active projects. The position offers ownership of key project control functions and opportunities to build deeper expertise in project performance, forecasting, and delivery systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers and Leadership to establish priorities and monitor active projects
  • Coordinate schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting documentation for internal and external meetings
  • Track project tasks, action items, and progress using established tools and dashboards
  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and consultant interactions
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation and controls
  • Identify coordination gaps and support improvements to project workflows and processes

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in project coordination, project controls, project support, operations, or leadership roles
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to present project information clearly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, multi-project environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication across teams and leadership
  • Comfort working with schedules, logs, dashboards, and project tracking tools
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a strong interest in improving how projects are planned and tracked
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Familiarity with schedules, project reporting, or performance tracking tools
  • Confidence collaborating with technical professionals and leadership
  • Experience in?AEC, engineering, architecture, or construction-adjacent fields
