We are seeking Project Coordinator(s) who plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various projects. You will be responsible for the coordination of all project workflows, work assignments, quality control (QC), and will initiate revenue realization and invoice initiation within assigned projects.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination of projects including intake and setup, scheduling, final documentation, and invoicing.
  • Ensures compliance with company standards/protocols and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Coordination between teams, external customers and field resources as needed.
  • Performs quality review of reported production to ensure accuracy and adherence to customer and company guidelines.
  • Maintain and perform quality review of related splicing documentation to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
  • Identify and address potential risks that could impact successful completion of projects.
  • Monitor progress of projects to ensure timely delivery of invoices and as built per customer requirements.
  • Communicate with both field leadership and technicians regarding projects, quality control (QC), turnaround times, and other aspects regarding the success of the project.
  • As required, monitor, populate and release project schedule to the customer and management team weekly.
  • Assist with coordination and oversight of subcontractors and monitor production to ensure it is turned in weekly and work is completed daily.
  • Run necessary queries to compile data for project tracking purposes.
  • Create and share weekly meeting notes when appropriate.
  • Compile reports for distribution to management.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and delivering project progress reports, proposals, and other documents defined by management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the TFS Senior Team.


Qualifications


  • Associate degree in project management, business administration or similar field of study preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in construction project management and/or coordination preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of field experience in Fiber Splicing preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting Fiber Optic Networks preferred.
  • Experience with Exfo Exchange/Fast Reporter 3 software preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to use critical-thinking skills to address and overcome challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and various web-based applications.
  • The uses of analytical and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to plan projects, review/recommend technical specifications, coordinate staffing needs, communicate, and manage all aspects of a project.
  • Prioritize customer requirements and ensure projects align with customer expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements.



Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.
