The Role
Dynamic Ratings is growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Field Service team. In this role, you'll lead the coordination and execution of field work performed by our Commissioning Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and exceed customer expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving, project leadership, and customer interaction in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You'll Do
Project Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute project scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, coordinate across internal teams, and proactively resolve open items.
  • Relay customer needs and feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Commissioning Engineers.
  • Foster collaboration and drive high performance across the field service team.


The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

  • Experience in construction, utility field service, commissioning, or control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven project management and leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of utility engineering and construction practices.
